I like VHTV because they have a lot to offer, compare to the others. I do not like their customer service. People who are arrogant when they think they are the best and do what they want, at some point hit a wall.
When they try to rebrand themselves, so much destruction was done that nobody f’s with them! That is why everybody regardless of how successful they are should have respect and humility.
My understanding is that VHTV only pays the managers, never the tenants.
With the proviso it must not effect vhtv , Its the old chestnut who policey the police.
Mostly everything, and I can assure you this website is among those things; these people are real, living in real flats, and paying real bills; if you think different, you’re just a daydreamer

A business is defined as an organization or enterprising entity engaged in commercial, industrial, or professional activities. Businesses can be for-profit entities or they can be non-profit organizations that operate to fulfill a charitable mission or further a social cause.
Jabbs you need to think long and hard about what it is that you are really doing for VHTV. You complain about this as if it’s not part of VHTV. It is VHTV and you have been working for them. Helping them to become this thing. They aren’t going to change this model that makes them money. Wake up or turn a blind eye too.
When they realise that they have clientele who may know who police them and know how to come after them, things will change. It takes one person to rattle that cage for them to see how they can loose everything they’ve worked for in less than a second.

I don’t think they are considered as working for VHTV - you can see that in their behaviour. They are doing what they do for the project out of their own kindness. So, it seems they aren’t held accountable for anything and also have their views about stuff, which I kind of like.
But they are some that are so arrogant and you just have to sit there and be like, are you ok? They don’t pay you hun!
If you think that’s the case then you have your head buried in the sand. It’s more than just that.
Nope, it’s work. Even this post is me working for them. I’m just low on the chain. This whole forum is an advertisement and each post is some level of work.
Why aren’t they on a salary?
It protects them from the law of the country they are beaming to , hence zero direct employment , thats the common sence answer i think.
