Yes it´s legal and has become very popular too. It has also become a great problem, and there are betting offices which have become paradises for money laundering. Our laws are really poor in that case.
I guess our countries are much alike. Foreign betting offices are forbidden now. But the state has started some of their own betting facilities to generate income. It is stupid. Although I do like a gamble.
Nothing wrong with a little gamble as long as it is not addictive. I would only do it with friends, family or colleagues, like betting with my wife who has to cook today.

It´s high quality. It´s a very uncommon matchup for the first round because Brooklyn has fucked up the regular season because of injuries and other problems. Normally you would have considered it as a possible conference final.
