I have never understood who runs these Realms Landlord, Managers, VHTV, is very confused everyone is involved…
Well i suppose the landlord is normally the manager i assume but do agree the split between manager & VHTV is confusing but VHTV do supply the online facility and the power to either allow or not the content shown as regards behaviour.
Who will not stay permanently there… Guest, Landlord, Who is she… Ariela & Sebastian left 4 ever… or they went 4 Vacation the rabbits are free now…running all over the Realm

In earlier days there was a parole, that the participants rent an appartment and pay the rent, and that managers only support with equipment, setup, “advice” of different kind.
Therefore the manager gets a share of the income from VHTV, and the participants have to see how they get along with the rest to pay their expenses, if they have good viewer rates they get good money, and may be able to produce “leftovers” in money, if they “work” insufficient, they don’t get enough money to cover the expenses and have to compensate out of their own pockets.
Which was the reason in the early days, that participants had external jobs to pay their life-expenses.
Did that get changed? Or did I misunderstand to begin with ?
