The first time I saw a Raslan, I wondered who the new girl was. A few pictures later I realized that she wasn’t a she, but at times he still looks like a girl.
In this picture, however, he looks more like a girl than some of the girls on this site. Not a criticism, just an observation.

some men have feminin appearance, as much as some women have a male appearance. Take Kimmie for instance.
As far as Raslan goes, I think he is a womanizer, regardless of his phenotype.

The long hair could give one that impression, definitely.
However there is a rather significant feature (which I just couldn’t help noticing in the main picture - who would have thought it?! 
), which tells you he isn’t!

LOL! With the first pictures I saw of him I don’t think I could see below his waist. In fact, I don’t think I could even see his chest. I don’t recall exactly. But, I think you might be right about that extra feature.
Now that you’ve got me thinking about it, I do recall that my initial observation was based solely on his hair and his facial structure.
