Then, you should quote the person who said it, and not me.
Since I’ve never tried to buy a video, I have no knowledge of that. You need to work that out with the people who have subscriptions, and gave the different explanations.

A question of understanding in this discussion: With a Premium membership, you can watch the archive videos and also save them. So far understandable. But if you buy a video and do NOT download it - what’s the point of buying it?

My understanding of purchasing video’s is that if a members subsequently requests the deletion of video’s from the archives, then the video that you have purchased is still available to view for the member. Even though the archive has been deleted.
I can tell you from my personal experience, that’s not correct. The videos i bought fit into that scenario ( archive deleted) and i’m not able to see them.

I got the videos via the coins ,and I had to end my membership for a bit I checked out the videos but a message said you need to be a paying member to look at them also the others videos so you pay for membership then when you want videos you pay with coins but you have to keep been a paying member to look at them and thats why I said its a bad thing apart from this its a great site
When you buy a video with coins, you have the option to download the actual video (file) on your device and watch it as many time as you want. Even if you’re not a member on the site, that video is yours. Maybe you haven’t downloaded the video ?

Step 1: Click on the my videos icon that I have highlighted in yellow
Step 2: Then Click on a video of your choosing that you have already purchased using coins
Step 3:Next click on get the link which I’ve highlighted in yellow
Step 4: When clicked it will say generating a link like shown in the area I have highlighted in yellow
Step 5: After waiting it will finally say download like I’ve highlighted in yellow click the button and the video will download

To be honest, I don’t think that`s very user-friendly. If I already have a subscription and still have to pay extra for the download, then I think it would be more fair if you only have to pay once for the same scene…
