She didn’t steal anybody’s phone she paid for the phone for san and san didn’t pay her the money back so she took her phone back and rightly so
When you give someone a gift you don’t take it back. But, if you feel you absolutely must have it back for some reason, you ask for it back. You don’t steal it while someone’s asleep without their knowledge. Yes, she stole back the gift she gave San.
It wasn’t a gift she bought it for san because san had no money on the condition that san paid her back
There are 2 different versions of this story from each participant, since none of us know the full story, IMO this is a stupid argument to have.
It was a gift, and San covered Tea’s room and board for 2 months, I think it was, to pay for the phone. So, Tea got a free phone and free room and board.
We do know it’s pretty simple if you loan somebody money to buy a phone then it’s a loan not a gift . If you get a loan from a bank to buy a car and you don’t pay it back the bank takes it back
That isn’t what happened. Read my most previous post.
I would think the manager who covers the rent as for food and daily expenses that’s up to the Individuals
It’s simple I don’t know which side is more to the truth. And it depends on which story you believe, if Tea then you are right but if you believe San then lets would be correct. As I said 2 sides of a story.
Here’s an idea lets leave the phone issue in the past where it belongs.
The managers don’t pay the rent, or food, or anything else. The participants work for the money they get every month and that is what is used to pay the rent, the food and whatever other expenses they have.
Read the posts from san then from Tea the police even told san to fuck off because it’s impossible to steal something that you paid for and you have a receipt to prove it
I don’t remember the police coming on here and providing a statement.
So Tea worked for her share of the expenses then
Read san’s post it’s all in there
Em no I think I have had enough of this stupid discussion.
That’s true, but there’s only one true side. Since I witnessed Tea stealing the phone back from San, I believe San.
When it happened, everybody was up in arms about it on San’s side. Now, everybody’s done a 180 and welcomed Tea back with open arms.
They didn’t.
