I have already commented on this problem yesterday publicly that unfortunately we can’t resolve it quickly since they don’t have different ISP. Today they are having tests, and if nothing helps, tomorrow they will be offline until things improve or they get another ISP (depending on what comes first)

Ok honey but i think you did say yesterday support should be involved as you were unable to do anything about it.
But if they have now got it in hand then that’s ok, you can ignore me now
