Still probably won’t make sense (because it doesn’t to me either) but here is how it works:
The core apartments with the couples (i.e.: the voyeur sites) are part of both.
In additional RLC has the Barcelona places which are not on Xlife and Xlife has about 15 places with limited cam coverage that are not on RLC.
RLC subscription works the same as VHTV while on Xlife you subscribe for a number of apartments (2, 5 or 9). 9 apartments cost the same as a monthly VHTV/RLC subscription.
If you have RLC premium you can of course access all of RLC but also get 2 subscriptions on Xlife (and you can also access the shared apartments from both platforms).

A little fun fact:
RLC started with the GOV Girls on vacation concept in Barcelona in November 2014, so ten years ago, with what we at CC have called B1.
Since then, it has become Couples on Vacation and Singles on vacation B1-B7.
