PayPal funktioniert jetzt wieder. Allerdings mĂŒssen Sophia oder Elon mit der Email sophia0elon@gmail.com ein PayPal Konto bis 30.3.22 eröffnen, sonst wird das Geld zurĂŒck ĂŒberwiesen.

Iâm not sure if money is their biggest problem. I know money can solve almost every problem but not all. I trust Elon and the girls completely. If they or somebody could convince me that it is money they need I would be more than happy to donate as much as I can.

It doesnât work as they can only pay from PayPal, not receive, as Ukraine is not on the list of PayPalâs countries that they support.
Currently, you can only âsendâ payments in Ukraine for purchases with PayPal. The option to âreceiveâ PayPal payments is not available in Ukraine. Other similar methods are WebMoney and Yandex Money, but currently they donât work in Ukraine either.Feb 7, 2021

Why donât they have money? They werenât actually doing this gig for free and have been one of the most viewed contributors for quite a long time. Were the banks closed when fleeing? But even then, why wait till the last second to take care of your financial affairs? The situation in the Ukraine has been precarious for some time, and they should have made an exit plan. If itâs simply a case of living up to their means, then Iâm not in the business of handing over hard-earned donations to people who are going burn it.

Giles, no one is going to have a go at you as you have valid questions, but the whole infrastructure over there has gone and people are really struggling even here in Poland people are panicking and drawing out money from the banks and the banks cannot cope, so you only imagine what it is like in Ukraine.
You have a choice of yes or no, to help and you have chosen no and thatâs respected. Itâs been five days since this started and yes you can say that people should have been prepared, but no one really thought this would happen as quick as this. And itâs not a case of living the high life, itâs about basic needs like food, a place to live, which they have to pay for etc⊠And I can assure you 100% they are not living the highlife, far from it, as they have one room that five of them are living in, so you can only imagine what that is like.
I am sure you are a decent person but I find the comment about burning any money they receive is a bit hard to swallow. But you have a right to your opinion and assumptions, but these are terrible times, normality just doesnât happen at the moment.
