I visited friends in Assen 30 years ago and I must say the Netherlands and its people are fantastic. BTW one of the funniest things I ever watched on YouTube was this attached link. I think it might be fake from a Dutch TV show but I don’t care because it was so funny.
I think this comes with larger rooms. The cameras are as-is, do not zoom. They are fitted to the walls and not all action is close by. I agree the better shots are made in the bedroom. In this case I don’t mind much since the atmoshere in the whole house is so very good. With an overview you get a better sense of that is going on.

Ah interesting you should say that but nope I am not into bikes. I was just visiting friends there. The link works perfectly thank you and I will get a look at it later because bed is calling me now. Real or fake, that wasn’t even remotely funny. Rude, insulting, inappropriate, disrespectful, crass, offensive, d______eful, disparaging, and a host of other similar adjectives should be used to label that video. You might have noticed that no one in the audience was even cracking a smile.

It is the reaction of the host that I find funny. He knows his laughing is inappropriate, but he can’t control it. It’s the same reason farts are funny - right? I do feel sympathy for the guests’ conditions. I’m sure this was uncomfortable for them.
But it’s all fake ok? Everybody is acting. Even the audience. This is what they call Television.
