Make sure on your video recorder software you have the H264 Intel video codec enab__d.
Many of the videos uploaded seem to take an age to open in fact many remain blank even after appearing on the forum page.
I always use the H264 codec and they seem to show up and load instantly.
Don’t use MPEG 4 or any other codec.
And AAC Advanced audio coding.
Whatever browser you use makes no difference really.
Everything should then load and play ok.
@kaya Can you find out why this camera keeps been put to the right it doesn’t show the shower anymore all we see is the door.
This is the original angle.
I did send a ticket earlier but the camera has been moved further to the right and the shower cubicle is now out of view.
Either they confused right and left, or camera is too unstable. We’ll check 
Bit too high I would say? 
Yes a little lower but knowing them they will put it to the ceiling
