unfortunately one cam wasn’t and isn’t till now available. I put in a ticket to support, but not solved yet.
When I was a subscriber I would send a PM to them directly and not put in a ticket. Elon would get it fixed pretty fast.
I remember a while back, I reported (to support so not directly in this case) an issue with awkward camera placement in Markus and Sunny’s apartment. The situation was reported to Markus by support and VERY soon after I reported it, I actually sat and watched him resolve the entire issue (very successfully indeed, I might add) himself. I was so impressed by what he did, I sent him a PM to personally thank him for dealing with things.
Not quite the same thing you mentioned in terms of the initial approach, I realise but the same, by way of a follow up to it having happened.
It just reminded me of the aforementioned, which is the only reason I am telling you about it.
That happened to me several times, as when I reported it to support (that’s what they are there for) the issue was resolved within minutes, and I could see Claudia or Tonk resolve it right away. Happened in Elon’s, Tonk’s, and other places.
There is nothing mean or mad about it, just that way it worked best for me in the past.
Using the facilities (support) for what their task is. No harm, no bad word.
I have in the past done this a few times with this realm and had the same thing happen. Within minutes the cam issue was resolved. Did this a few times as well when the girls fled the country for a time. And the cam issue was taken care of in short order. As we all know cams can at times have a mind of there own. lol But in a case like a cam being inadvertently knocked out of position, falls down, goes out of position on it’s own of goes off line. I felt is was just as easy to PM the realm, especially when I knew they responded to a PM is relatively short order. Support has more than enough to deal with and this just takes some workload off of them.
