I’m not a “huge” Henry fan but why is it that the realm being offline for a while 110% his fault? I don’t know if anyone complaining knows “all” the facts. I’m sure that he wanted the realm back online ASP. I don’t know why it took bit to get it sorted out. It could have been that he didn’t have what he needed to fix the problem. He may had to wait before a store could get it in or to time it took to be sent to him.
I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt. And the reason is that the longer a realm or any of his/Mira’s realms are down they lose money.
Yes the realm has been up and down for a bit. So possible it was a router or modem that was starting to fail. Or could have been something the PC was doing. Sometimes it can take time to get to the root of the problem because it ends up sorting itself out say with a reboot…then randomly causes a problem again.
