Fully agree. Why does he get to continue to break the rules (rhetorical question)? Every time he posts, he tells the occupants what to do, how to do it, and now, when to have sex.

He couches them as opinions, but they’re nothing more than very thinly disguised attempts at directing the occupants behavior.
