Wouldn’t know about that,never had depression, we was always brought up to get on with life whatever it throws at you.
Think people these days are only to willing to succumb to trials and tribulations of life.Most of them need to grow a pair of balls i think.
Makes me laugh always hearing the latest buzzword of mental health being blamed these days. Yes some people do have serious problems but it’s used now to cover any b___dy thing which upsets them.

My comment was mainly a joke but I will say if you have never had depression you are very blessed. I think back in the day a lot of people suffered from depression but didn’t know it or were to ashamed to admit it. That being said having depression isn’t an excuse and there are plenty of things you can do to work through it. Of course there are also people that suffer from very serious problems with depression and no matter what they do to be proactive to treat it, it becomes to much for them. My heart goes out to those people.

iam glad you have never had depression if you had then maybe you would feel different about it. i myself suffer every day from a mental health condition CPTSD and there is no snap out of it , you learn to live with it every day and take control as much as you can.but not every you can.
