There are plenty of people that will listen to music in another language even if that don’t understand the language. It’s even more common when it comes to music in the English language. English speaking countries spread a lot of pop culture around the world.
That being said there are quite a few of them that understand English to some degree.
I think some but from what I’m aware of they’re not very good yet.
