If there’s a ticket for this case in support system, the issue will be investigated by our franchise manager. If the case is confirmed as breaking our rules by them, the studio of this apartment will be fined and warned, as it is usually done.
No we do not tolerate violence and you all know it. And we don’t tolerate insults, and you know that too. So please let’s calm now. The situation (I personally saw pics above only) does not seem good for me in relation to this studio, but we have separate team entity to resolve these issues with studios. Let them do the work. Respect each other please, even when disagree.

Today’s education is for sure different. And I think it’s a good thing. However comparing the violence happened here to the one with the one in 91 is not okay. I stand by my point I am against any kind of violence. This is the way I was raised. But there are still differences…
