Just because they never used it doesn’t mean this couple won’t they might be using it the whole time. Time will tell.
I seen Amelie using a few times, but to be fair it wasn’t very often.

I remember they said it is not possible to get a cable for a cam out there as the building has very modern insulation and the seals of the loggia door are very tight and there is no space for a cable.
