These are “shkmeruli”, garlic is almost invisible in the finished dish, but you need a lot of it for the sauce.
Very tasty, by the way😋
As a bonus, our kitchen is now protected from vampires for a long time😂

A few years ago, I ate garlic cream soup in a restaurant in Balatonlelle, Hungary. Not long after, I had brutal diarrhea because of this, I ran 10.06 seconds for 100 meters to the first toilet!
