I had to look that one up. I’d never heard of a chupachups (pronounced Chewpa Chewps). Considering the look on your face, I thought the last line of this description was appropriate.

Chupa Chups is a Spanish brand of confectionery found in over 150 countries. The brand was founded in 1958 by Enric Bernat, and is currently owned by the Italian-Dutch company Perfetti Van Melle. The name of the brand comes from the Spanish verb chupar, meaning “to suck”.

I wonder how different it feels to Cheryl to use the pratice versions rather than the real fire ones. Obviously not as hot anywhere near to her skin (thankfully) but I wonder if they feel lighter or are a different length. Maybe @Roy-Cheril Cheryl can tell us.

Well fire itself does have a very low weight but I think the things used to produce the fire might be a lot heavier.

Yes, naturally I was referring to the batons, rather than the fire itself!

The props are made of ceramic cord or kevlar fabric. Then it is soaked in fuel (I use kerosene or liquid paraffin) and set on fire. So yes, fire props are usually heavier than training ones, but not by much (I have a bicep now) 🪭😁
I already use fire confidently, so the smell of fuel and hot air is not a problem :sunglasses:
It’s absolutely safe, but only if you follow the rules, don’t afraid, and practice a lot :fire::heart_on_fire:

Speaking of the cream on my feet:
Do you know at least one person who doesn’t hate mosquitoes? :mosquito::rage:

I hate mosquitoes, unfortunately I attract them :slightly_smiling_face:

Maybe you could try to get some citronella oil, which acts as a natural insect repellant. It can be burnt using a special burner which can contain the oil itself or by lighting a paper coil infused with the oil.
