As someone asked you. You are still cutting the “upper and lower part” of the image. It’s probably a setting issue. About the same clip below. Also recorded with Bandicam!

Actually, it’s just the bottom part that’s being cut off, which is even weirder. On the top part you can still see the bandicam logo and the timestamp. And I see you paid for your version of bandicam.
As far as I can see, there are no limitations in the free version that prevent the same setup I used here. The restrictions are only a maximum of 10 min video, watermark at the top and no scheduled recordings.
That’s what I was referring to. No watermark is how I knew you paid for yours.
