It is a ring light. Not a reflector. It does not reflect anything.

Só o nome é difernte. Mas, o efeito é o mesmo, conheço bem esse equipamento.
A lamp is an emitter and a thing which does not actually emit light but redirect it is called a reflector
Easy example:
Sun = Emitter
Moon = Reflector
On a lighter note - they removed the lamp
