Aussie is 2 hours behind us, so 5.50pm over there.
No i dont in 4 hours its wednesday there.
We are always on the same day and they are always 2 hours behind NZ. We are on the same side of the international dateline.
So your the first country thats celebrate new years.
I watch it all the time on tv when they show it. 
There is one state in Australia that I believe does not do daylight savings, and they are one hour behind us, can’t remember which one.though, it might be Northern Territories, because they are close to the Equator.
