I’m guessing it’s a man made vagina. I’ve seen a lot of those. Some are better then others. I’m curious to know what she got. The more she hides, the more likely it’s not that great I suppose.
Yes, I believe it is a reconstruction. It maybe good but she is just shy. 
Yep, it’s understandable. But, to live on a site like this and then make an effort to hide that seem counter intuitive to the nature of the project. I would imagine for the tenants overcoming the judgement of the audience is a primary goal.
I believe she is a guest and not a participant. The rules for them seem to be different. That is fine with me.
As far as hiding participants I no of one who will go to almost any length to hide and get’s away with it. Shame really. JMO.
