The more quality reports clearly off-the-topic has, the more chance these posts will be just deleted. And the author will get silenced/suspended if there will be too many reports quality too often.
And remember, the quality of the report is something related to reporters reputation within the system, which will bring more weight to the report if reporter has good experience with correctly reporting the post.

I saw the Vegas topic now. I propable would have moved it when I saw it earlier. BUT they are not doing this in each topic like you do. (Targeting John78)

Sure thing. But now when you are already here it is very obvious the banters between Eliseo and John78 are totally poisoning the atmosphere here. Saying that for me Eliseo is the main culprit here.
