Yes he is! 
One of my earliest memories of him was when I first started watching the cameras back in 2018. He had various hair colour changes back then… including going through his (bright) yellow phase!
He’s certainly a character, that’s for sure.

Yeah I was a watcher of Nikki’s in them days he was a regular at Nikki’s then even moved in with her I used to enjoy the party’s in them days

I am wondering if we have known this young trans-gender woman (I am deliberately using that term as I do not wish to be disrespectful and merely assume cross dressing to be the case) from before. I remember we had Dora (I think I have the name correct) from another apartment and this puts me in mind of her.
