You could always spray the area with a pepper spray or something else which would hopefully mask the smell, or may even eliminate it. 
The thing is the pee soaks right down into the foam i expect which is why dry cleaning won’t help it.

Hey P, re your sofa problem, may be a good idea to take that cushion and soak that area in some detergent water for a few hours and then hang it out to let it dry and air out.
Just a suggestion.
