I only have seen one girl using the toilet thatās at Camera 24 i havenāt seen the guys pissing or the other girls as there is another bathroom that doesnāt have a camera.

Or it could be in the Russian region close to Ukrainian border. Their time zone is in Russia
Sounds like Fireworks to me. The place is not in Ukraine. And it does not sound like a big explosion like for example in Alisas place this summer.
