I’m late - but exactly, there will always be a loophole to get them removed or some type of negotiation with their contract to have their content removed.
Hopefully, they are all smart to have negotiated royalties in their contract to have that residual income for keeping the videos up.
Well - that is debatable. When doing business one should always protect themselves, just not for the present but for the future.
I understand recently most participants are much younger and may have less experience and little guidance when making such a huge step into the industry.

Interesting discussion. Who knows what is in the contract that is signed between VHTV and the participants, but I would say the copyright of all the content is held by VHTV. However, I am pretty sure if an ex participant requests VHTV to remove their content because they fear it staying on the website could compromise their security or safety, VHTV would be obliged to do it. At the end of the day VHTV has a duty of care not only to any current participants but ex participants as well.
