I have 9 apartments in my favorites and at the bottom I have +25. Makes 31 apartments currently online.
If you have +19 below, you have 12 apartments in your favorites. Correct?

Wrong i am afraid, but no matter how many favourites i have why should the figure on the screen keep changing, seems to vary from 16 which it is now up to 31 
It will change again very soon and i have done nothing here.
