Making a porn simulating a death is the worst thing that could be allowed on this site. I’m happy this apt is now offline.

That is your opinion, but you have to respect those that think otherwise than you.

in fact this is my opinion. It was not necessary to point this out.

vh is not going to outlaw himself in addition to his enemies waiting for that

Actually , vh is outlaw also , because they using image of people that they don’t sign any contract …so hahahahahahahah
any guest of any house could easily charged them for using their image in porno site “voyeurisme”

hahaha crazy no ?

Exactly no. You think @VHTV_James is that stupid? All guests in houses have to give their consent for filming and broadcasting.

you are wrong , each host signs image contract, yes of course i signed one myself
but everyone getting up in my house haven’t sign contract , and so they could pursuit vh in court.

Every tenant has to get the consent from guests they are okay to be filmed and broadcasted. Seems YOU did it wrong all the time :joy:

No. The host (or manager) is responsible of telling guests that cameras are located in the flat.
Analogy: if you take photo of me and put it to Facebook, then you will be responsible for that, and not Facebook.

Exactly like I said. He fucked it up… :joy: :man_facepalming:

there are rules to follow, otherwise create your site.
vhtv does not want to risk prosecution and closed, because of people breaking the rules

you are so naive , there is no evidence of contract or video of people being aware and ok to be filmed and be archived for years , so if any guest, one day want to pursuit them ,he could to it easily , justice needs evidences …

So Mr Jabs if one of the flats had a party and the next door flat hammered on the door , the door is opened & the guy/girl is shown on cam ( yes i have seen this ) your saying this angry person must now sign a contract, it does not happen in the real world but he could be on pornhub the same day .

Although of course, Facebook would need to take responsibility for allowing it to be shown, if there was something wrong with doing so. At least they SHOULD, anyway.

hahahaha omg i don’t posses the right of the footage for my flat , vh have the copyright of the footage , so they are responsible , but people don’t know laws and are too ignorant and poor to pursuit them , but in theory they could

This angry person will most likely be removed from timeline then…

I know incidents where tenants were lying about what cams do or guests did not know. Both resulted in fine and removed from timeline. One incident the guest gave consent later and it was restored.

You will need to be s__t hot on time line monitoring

Facebook just need to remove that person presence from their site when “ordered”… The responsibility is on the shoulders on who put that person in that situation.
Tenants/Managers are the ones responsible for that situation

ahah but it’s quite funny to see the diference of posts… Guess the situations has been already solved

Believe me @VHTV_James is not stupid to do not plan on this. I know from tenants there are forms given out by VHTV or managers to tenants the guests have to sign. In fact there was one realm where these forms could be seen on a shelf in the hallway…
