Yes, I have already done what shyguy is showing here, but still it still says that it is not properly sent because it does not show up properly. 
well this a over 18 site ,if you are under then you should not be here anyway

Erm, I got a credit card, used it, went through, 30 days added, but the site states I still need to verify my age?! What the frig?!
Isn’t verifying instant?
Please contact VHTV Support with a screenshot in order to resolve the issue. Or you can start with just checking once again in incognito/with cache cleared. I can see that age is confirmed via my interface.

I just checked again, and my account appears to be verified on all browsers. Maybe I just needed to wait a while. Apologies!
