It was clear that some participants liked being in Nude House more than others. Those that didn’t like it left, those that did like it stayed.
I think the main reason why participants didn’t like it was that it was too cold to be naked all the time in a large house in winter. And that was the reason why it closed. It was costing too much money to heat the house to a high enough temperature in the middle of winter so that they could be nude 24/7 and so the house was not making a profit.
No the problem was not the money for heating. The main problem was the heating kept failing all the time…
I was told by support / the manager, that the house closed due to the cost of heating. Yes the heating breaking down was a problem, particularly in the early days, but that was not the reason it closed.
Yes the electric heating they had to use as the central heating was not working…
I have my doubts that the cost of heating was the main reason that Nude House v1 closed. However, if the cost of heating really was the issue what solutions do people have so this doesn’t happen again in Nude House v2?
Open the house at the start of summer when heating isn’t really required. Nude House 1 opened in October at the start of winter.
