Remember, they have a mortgage on the house they bought, plus rent on the flat theyâre living in. Then, thereâs upkeep, utilities, food, medical, the sprog, as you put it (almost sound obscene ) and many other expenses, Iâm sure. Not to mention the sanctions that are probably making everything that much more difficult.

One learns to live within their means but they must be having rent in from the house if they are living in a flat i would assume else why not live in the house and save on the flat rent outlay?.
