Anything is possible to arrange such as a separate place away from the baby or as occasional guests in another realm or only one or two rooms temporarily available with cams but distant from the c___d. At any rate, no minors allowed within cam view or within earshot. If Nina & Kira can arrange something with VHTV on a limited basis then you can be assured that viewing them would be drastically reduced to a few minutes to a few hours a day or a week at a time. Perhaps they want to keep in touch with their fan base while earning some money.
It seems that there are problems that need to be solved, things will get more difficult in the future.
