How? please explain that to me.
Fully understand - no pressure on the MOs as itâs voluntary.
My argument is, how is VHTV selling a package for premium service including an archive section, but want to use a voluntary role to capture this information and at the same time say, they are not obligated to save anything?
While I understand the position of the MOâs being voluntary, please donât act like you donât understand others when they are unhappy about the archive section.
With that being said, it would be great if MOâs channel all those complaints to VHTV and let the paying staff deal with the complaints. A request form should never have to be completed to request footage as Archive moments are a part of the premium package, plain and simple.
Well said. It makes sense, as this is extra paid feature, means VHTV should ensure the service is given.
And MOs should stop acting like we own them something or a hero that save the day.
just do your jobs or quit.
oh my day is going good .
WOW itâs Torey getting this topic back on track. Who would have thought?
waiting for crystall and bald guy actionâŚ
You must also understand they are voluntarily doing this out of their time.
I cannot stand with you telling them to do their jobs properly or quit - you need to direct that to VHTV.
i do understand the volunteer part but i still dont understand about emotional involving in this.
its like you volunteer for shelter house and you give them a rotten food ,doesnt care if its edible, none of my business.
thats just absurd.
Youâre right, it is voluntary. But, if they didnât have enough time to devote to performing this job voluntarily, they shouldnât have taken on the responsibility to begin with.
Having said that, this discussion was about MOs not saving moments because of their personal preferences, feelings, opinions, etc., not whether it was voluntary or not.
Heâs saying, at least some MOs save videos based on their personal preferences, favorites, likes, etc. Or, like I said, their personal feelings, opinions, etc.
We donât know what VHTV sold to them while accepting the MO position and may very well be the reasoning behind why there is so much push back.
At the same time, I need the MOâs to also understand where we are coming from and not be defensive or hide behind whatever they were advised and should maybe start pushing the complaints to VHTV like said earlier since they are unable to resolve customer complaints.
If the shoe was on the foot, they would be a bit peeved as well with the service levels everyone at some point has expressed on this forum.
Then why have a request form if they wonât all be honored? Seems rather useless.
If they base what they save on their personal feelings, preferences, opinions, etc., then theyâre not performing at the best of their abilities. If they were, they would be saving what they choose not to save. They just choose not to save .thn. It has nothing to do with their abilities, just their choices based on personal ideologies
This has nothing to do with my abilities. I donât have access to the archive, so thereâs no benefit to me, at all. I would love to be a MO, though. Unfortunately, my time doesnât allow for that possibility.
@jabbath1987 I think we need a janitor for this topic itâs gotten so far off course. @ToreyK is pretty much the only one posting anything to do with Nekohey.
When can you start cleaning?
This isnât the same as a sheltered house though, is it?
an analogy
