I remember hearing about how Turkey has a lot of cats so thatâs my guess, although that could be the Caspian sea

My first guess is a resort in Egypt or at a push a resort on the Goa Peninsula
They arenât under restrictions.
My guess would be Butlinâs, Bognor (Southern England). 
Any fellow Brit, especially from that part of England will know just how âtongue in cheekâ that was!!! 
Funny you should mention Butlins, went there once when i was very young and was never so pissed off in all my life. I think i even left before my week was up
