Why did they fail? Ok, ok, perhaps maybe they left for some other reason than failing to earn their stay. I just assume the tenants leave because they can’t make enough to offset the bills and the exposure stop being worth it.
I got the distinct feeling they themselves were not happy about something (most likely behind the scenes) so possibly not failure in the sense it might be being considered as, necessarily.

I see. Hmmm, VHTV tenants seem to run in distinct circles of friends and acquaintances. One of things I’ve always been very curious about, but will never know for sure is this. I wonder what kind of reputation VHTV has in the community of these circles. I wonder if it’s positive or frowned upon.
