I keep getting just circles, meaning i dont get the feed at all. I had VH remote into my computer and they gave me some BS. I am going to have to not renew my subscription since i cant get it anymore. any help will be appreciated
Have you tried using a different we browser? Some browsers don’t play as nicely with the VHTV site as others do.

From what I can see you have never replied to our last message regarding suggestion to use VPN for static connection as provider changes your IP too often. Please leave an update in your ticket in order to see what else could be sorted

It was not that because my phone also does not work when I do not have my Internet provider wifi. Iuse my phone on 5G off the cell tower and it does not work

Diagnosing PC and mobile devices is very different and should be held separately. Anyway, let’s start from the last point - please update the ticket when you try VPN on both PC and phone and we’ll see what else could be done to fix the issue
Modern phones try to stay connected to WiFi as most as possible. Even when you select 5G it might be your phone is actually connected your WiFi. You have to explicitely disable WiFi for that on your phone.
