Why innocent? I do not see the problem with filling ass with water walk two meter to the toilet and let it out…? 
If you have ever had a colonoscopy and the preparation beforehand you will know that you cannot even blink without that unwanted feeling of a personal erupting Mount Vesuvius. 
In fact I had. And i always reached the toilet in time
