I look on the timeline for that, i only watched a few seconds. The only view of the females was blocked with the light, so i left it. I could not be bothered to look at the rest of what went on.
Looks like a nasal bath. You fill the container with water then flush it through your nose, it goes in one nostril and out of the other. I don’t think I could do it.
