Nope not correct, it comes down to their contracts. Pretty much everyone that has their name on a realm is a participant. If their name is not on a realm they are guests. Of course I’m sure there are some exceptions.

and yes participants can be guests of other realms obviously.

Some people I’m sure would ask how someone could be both a guest and a participant.
No the term participant is used for those who live in the realm and get paid. Everyone else is a guest. Even Debbie and Paul are just guests. But that is not to say the VH can’t verify who he is. So no problem of him being deleted.
