Did you mean to duplicate your post? You have given us 2 identical pictures (the times are exactly the same, even down to the very second - 1:41:17). I suspect it was a mistake so just letting you know.
Thank you for posting the first one though. 
You are right. The server showed the pic as “not sent” so I , wondering why sent it “again”, thinking it was the first time. cut one out. Thx for info.
