try getting out of the house take a walk or run then do some cardio work it all in the mind as well mind over matter

I would say one of the best ways to accelerate weight loss is to look carefully at the sugars you’re eating, both obvious and hidden. watch your portion sizes and skip a meal occasionally to fool your body. scheduled fasting doesn’t work as your body simply adjusts to it. Random fasting doesn’t allow the body to recalibrate. but dropping sugars from your diet is the single best thing you can do to get the weight down and starve fat cells.

Exersie more but do not increase your food intake but drink plenty of water.

What I do during the holidays when I gain weight for 1 month one day I eat everything and the next day only water, so I lose 7 - 10 kg a month
I do this 2 times a year 2-3 days it’s hard but when you see you losing weight become pleasant if someone wants to lose 10 - 20 kilos can do it after consulting your doctor that you will not have a problem because every person is different
