The problem, as you say, is when music is playing along with voices or when several people are speaking at once, even though the program was able to identify and assign the different speakers. If the program was unsure, it didn’t write anything at all.
The success rate was perhaps less than 30-40%. And then you had to run the output text through a translator. It was very time-consuming and often didn’t yield much. I’m glad the trial expired and the program is far too expensive to buy

I don’t think reading previous posts helps. That’s the big question here. She hasn’t lived with anyone here (max a week) where it seemed like something could happen. She’s been “away” a lot lately so there has of course been speculation about whether she has a regular outside the project.
