Well, it looks like Jax Is heading back to her apartment they just left to go back to swera apartment
He might just take her to the train/bus station as well 
Nope if you look at it, he had his bag when she took her stuff out the door. He took his bag out the door two and everybody hugged him telling him bye, so he’s going with her. I’m going to assume unless he just leaving the project But it didn’t look like that so I assume he left with her or he’s going to her house or her apartment and they left with Joanna‘s boyfriend so I’m pretty sure he’s driving them down there

If they left with Jorge there’s a 80% chance there going back to the main city as that’s where Jorge still lives from what I’ve gathered . I assume because he will show up to lyalyas from time to time. So I believe you are correct.
