The freeze frame on the feed was interesting when I looked at the apartment, almost Avant Garde. Unless they’re really really good at standing still. I’d do that if I was on cam, Just to screw with people. 
The fact that they are premium cameras makes it all the more galling, if every apartment was like Maddy & Rocco’s then subscriptions would be sinking quicker than the titanic.
ISP’s have got people held to ransom though. You can pay through the nose for the s__t hot broadband and still have your connection ______. Then you have to contend with where you are on the cable loop in relation to a junction box and the exchange, then there’s peak usage times to contend with, power outages and rolling blackouts, natural disasters, Gods moving in mysterious ways, and occasionally, (this happened in my street), a madman taking an axe to the cables to stop his girlfriend talking to other guys. 
which is a long winded way of saying that sometimes it’s out of the hands of participants, nothing they can do about it other than wait and see if it gets better.
On the upside, with the premium cams they’ve got the still frame images are really good quality. Silver linings to every cloud eh? lol

I do not see them elsewhere. So they left. When they return they will get pulled out from the archives again…
