With guests, I think most of them had also assumed that the same rules apply here as with the participants. So they are liable for the actions of the guests in an emergency.
The VHTV may even be able to say and also says that guest XY is no longer allowed into the apartment.

Yes, always a plus. I am a huge enthusiast of watching gorgeous guys s___p naked and (please excuse the TMI) I myself prefer to s___p that way too. Much more comfortable.

Oh god. I always s___p naked. Scientifically speaking, s___ping in clothing is counter-intuitive, you sweat, it cools and so feel colder. S___ping naked is the best way to stay warm. They done experiments an’ everythin’. Also, you don’t wake halfway through the night with a trouser seam gently slicing through your little ones to the point where even the slightest movement causes exquisite pain. I can live without the perils of an overlooked seam.
I think someone would like to earn more money there
