I suggest to return these cams back to stone age and enf___e usage of normal cams 
Weird, cause not sure but i think he visited 90, and tenants from 71 (Queenlin) also was tenants here (after) at 90
Still that explain the type of place that 90 always was after Queenlin left

If this one at his fourth launch will have only a curtain as complain, will be a sucess

You have to love the 60s retro look. Would not surprise me to see Humphrey Bogart make a comeback to star in this place.
Maybe these cameras are new. They have no any markings. They have the most ascetic case. Commercial cams look different.
They are s__t.
I suggest we call this place Boobs in and out. Seems like at times they remember that they have viewers so quickly pull the boobies out to entertain us, then forget and they go back in. 
Unfortunately, this apartment is weak, without any activity.
It seems to have no energy, and they are closed, sad
