Sent a ticket to VHTV about cams and got this reply The managers corrected everything that was possible. Unfortunately, this is a feature of these cameras. For technical reasons, they cannot be changed to others.
I got this ‘‘Cameras will be replaced during some days’’
cameras were installed with, that are not a pity to donate to charity 
this proves the manager’s message
Sent mine yesterday so they are lying to one of us
4 days ago, asked if they could replace the shower door to clear and about putting new cams and when will they replace.

Manager is just lazy I guess. We should make an agreement just save nothing from this realm to the archives. Maybe they will learn this way…
Send a ticket to them see what they have to say to you. Perhaps if they keep getting tickets they might do something about it
